1. Conformance status
The website is partially conformant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. The technical work completed addresses the main accessibility requirements; a complete manual evaluation with multiple browsers, zoom levels and assistive technologies is still in progress.
Voluntary statement. This page transparently describes the current accessibility status of the K4 Solutions website. It does not replace any formal statutory declaration that may be required after verification of the organisation’s applicable legal scope.
2. Measures adopted
- Semantic HTML, headings in a logical order, landmarks and a skip link to the main content.
- Keyboard navigation, visible focus indicators, focus management and accessible labels for interactive controls.
- Responsive layout, text reflow and colour contrast designed to support reading at different viewport sizes.
- Animations that respect the user’s reduced-motion preference.
- A keyboard-accessible cookie interface in which non-essential tools remain disabled until an affirmative choice.
- Alternative text and responsive image formats for informative images, with decorative images excluded from assistive technologies.
3. Known limitations
- The full test matrix with screen readers, voice control, high zoom levels and different browser/operating-system combinations has not yet been completed.
- Some illustrative HTML dashboards and animated sections are visually complex. Their essential information is also provided in text and motion can be reduced, but further manual verification is planned.
- Content or services hosted by third parties may not be fully controlled by K4 Solutions. We select and configure them with accessibility in mind where possible.
4. How this statement was prepared
The statement is based on a technical self-assessment of templates, components, keyboard behaviour and responsive layouts, supported by automated checks with Lighthouse 13.4.1 and axe-core 4.12.1. Automated tools can detect only some accessibility barriers and do not replace manual testing with people and assistive technologies.

6. Review and improvement
Accessibility is reviewed after significant changes to the website and at least once a year. Identified barriers are prioritised according to their impact on people and on access to essential content or functions.
